μακάριος - VOCABOLARIO DELLA BEATITUDINE NELLA BIBBIA
μακάριος: nella Bibbia greca (AT: LXX + NT) l’agg. al maschile e femminile, singolare e plurale è presente in 56 vv 56 volte, soprattutto nei Salmi (in gr., 17 volte), in Siracide (9 volte) e in Luca (4 volte); 4 volte compare anche in Apocalisse; meno o mai altrove. Per esempio nel Pentateuco (la Torah) compare solo una volta e solo in un libro, in Dt 33,29 (Te beato [H835 אֶשֶׁר 'esher: happiness, blessedness], Israele! Chi è come te, popolo salvato dal Signore? [אַשְׁרֶיךָ יִשְׂרָאֵל מִי כָמוֹךָ עַם נוֹשַׁע בַּיהוָה -μακάριος σύ Ισραηλ τίς ὅμοιός σοι λαὸς σῳζόμενος ὑπὸ κυρίου - beatus tu Israhel quis similis tui popule qui salvaris in Domino] Egli è lo scudo della tua difesa e la spada del tuo trionfo.
